Charge mainly at home overnight for convenience and lower cost, and use public chargers at malls or highways for top-ups during longer trips. Common charging apps are easy to use, helping you locate nearby chargers, check availability, and monitor charging status in real time.
For daily use, keeping your battery between 20%–80% is a good habit. When you have time, opt for regular AC charging, and use DC fast charging mainly for longer journeys or when you're in a rush. Parking in shaded areas also helps maintain battery performance over time.
EVs cost less to run and maintain, no petrol, no engine oil, and fewer wear-and-tear parts. A typical full charge can cost below RM80, making daily commutes significantly more affordable compared to fuel.
